HP diamond stripper heads
We have developed high-precision stripper heads with diamond blades. You can send the stripper heads back to us for resharpening.
Type KG stripper heads with carbide blades
Stripper heads from the KG series for handheld devices are equipped with carbide blades.
Each stripper head consists of a main body with three blades. Centrifugal forces cause the blades to close around the wire as the body rotates. The diameter of the wire to be processed is set with a stop screw. The insulating layer is removed as the wire is drawn out of the stripper head. Continuously adjustable speed control on our handheld devices allows you to set the ideal speed.
The service life for carbide blades that are correctly employed is approx. 10,000 stripping operations.
Worn blades can be resharpened or replaced. All stripper heads can also be supplied with guide discs. The guide discs increase the cutting pressure and guarantee uniform cutting performance, in turn resulting in a longer service life for the blades.
We have specialised in enamelled wire of 0.2 to approx. 7mm.
Stripper heads for plastic-insulated wires and other types of wire sheathing are also available on request.
Handheld device
Isomap wire stripping devices guarantee fast, precise stripping of all wires that are customary in the trade of 0.2 to approx. 7mm.

Type HP stripper heads with diamond blades
For winding machines that work with continuous wire, we have developed high-precision stripper heads with diamond blades. These function on the same principle as the KG series stripper heads but are more precise and manufactured with higher quality materials. They are also equipped with diamond blades.
When employed in the technically correct way, the diamond blades can have a service life of more than one million stripping operations without needing to be resharpened.
You can send the stripper heads to us for resharpening, where they will be professionally reworked. We then guarantee that they will have the same precision as they did originally.
Isomap HP-DIA stripper heads are used by renowned winding machine manufacturers. Our stripper heads are also used in German car parts manufacturing companies and supply companies and in other areas such as stripping insulation from wire pieces.
In most cases, we supply the stripper head only, with our customers designing the drive and control systems themselves. However, we can also provide units consisting of stripper head along with adjustment and drive mechanisms on request.
Special stripper heads
We’d be happy to work with you to develop the right stripper head for your application. This stripper head was developed for stripping long wire ends that are close together in the case of coils, for example.
